The VLM method is used predominately on commercial properties.  The VLM method is an excellent choice in areas that need to be dry quick.  The carpet is dry within an hour and can be speed dried in 15 minutes.  It is also an excellent process to be used when there is a problem with spots wicking up from the sub surface. In technical terms the process is encapsulation.  The chemical is applied using a triple head machine called Cimex.  Once the chemical is applied it surrounds the dirt and dries to a hard crystal.  After the process is done the carpet appearance is enhanced.  After the carpet has dried vacuuming will enhance the appearance even more.
